1. Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how My True Holiday LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("My True Holiday," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or buy a vacation package. Our business address is 24 Mercer Street, 2nd Floor, Suite 223, New York, NY 10013. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and inquiry details — your name, phone number, and email address, including when you request a callback.
- Qualification and purchase details — information needed to confirm eligibility and complete a purchase, and your travel preferences (resort, dates).
- Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Communications — messages, call notes, and anything you send us.
Information we collect automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (see Section 5).
Information from third parties: advertising and analytics partners and our service providers may share limited information with us (for example, ad-campaign or conversion data).
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to: respond to inquiries and callbacks; confirm eligibility and process your purchase; arrange and service your reservation; send transactional messages and, where you have opted in, marketing; operate, secure, and improve the site; measure and run advertising; and meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.
4. Text messages (SMS) and calls
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we and our service providers and partners use it to call or text you about your inquiry and purchase and, where you opted in, for marketing, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help; we honor opt-outs made by any reasonable means and process them promptly.
We do not sell or share your SMS consent or mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers collected for messaging are used only as described here and in our Terms of Service.
Canadian recipients (CASL): we send commercial messages only with your consent, identify ourselves in each message, and include an unsubscribe option that stays active for at least 60 days; we honor unsubscribes within 10 business days.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics (Google Analytics 4), and advertising (Meta Pixel), including to measure and deliver advertising and retargeting.
- You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalization through Meta's settings and industry opt-out tools.
- California and similar states: our use of analytics and advertising cookies may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under those states' laws. You can opt out using our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link, and we honor recognized browser opt-out signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) (see Section 7).
6. How we share information
We share personal information with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf, including GoHighLevel (our CRM, forms, calling, and messaging platform), our payment processors (such as Stripe and, where applicable, Openpay/BBVA), and our analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta).
- Our fulfillment partner, the resort operator that places and services your reservation. To complete and service your booking, we transfer the personal information needed for fulfillment to this partner, who then handles it under its own privacy practices.
- Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or our business.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Advertising, "sale," and "sharing." We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California and other US state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your privacy rights
