All-inclusive
At a Dreams resort, all-inclusive means the everyday vacation is covered. You arrive, you eat, you drink, you spend the afternoon at the pool or beach, you watch the evening show, and you go to bed. Nothing requires a card swipe. The price you paid covers all of it.

Four things sit outside the all-inclusive, and they're all genuinely optional:

Motorized water sports
Golf greens fees (at resorts with golf)
Guided off-site tours and excursions
The resort's own activity program — what's on the beach and in the pools during the day — is included. The extras above are add-ons you choose at the resort. Airfare to Cancún is also not included — you arrange your own flights and send us your arrival details so we can have your transfer ready.
Private round-trip airport transfers are included in the package — both ways. After you book, you send us your flight details at least three days before you arrive, and a private van meets you at Cancún International Airport (CUN). No taxi negotiation, no shared shuttle, no extra charge. The same applies on the way back.
The spa and motorized water sports upsells are common at all-inclusive resorts — staff may offer them. You're under no obligation. Everything in your package is already paid for. If you want the extras, they're there. If not, the day is full without them.
Are drinks really unlimited, including spirits?
Yes — at a Dreams resort, all drinks are included at all bars and restaurants during operating hours, including top-shelf spirits. There's no drinks package to upgrade to and no premium bar that costs extra.
Do I need to make dinner reservations?
No. All à la carte restaurants at Dreams resorts are reservation-free. You show up and you're seated. No buffet lines either — meals are cooked to order.
Is the airport transfer really included?
Yes — private round-trip transfers from Cancún International Airport are included in every package. Send us your flight details at least three days before you arrive and we arrange the rest.
What about kids' activities?
The resort's full activity program is included — and at Dreams resorts that includes a supervised Explorer's Club for kids and a teens' zone. No extra charge for the supervised kids' program.
